Lead our kitchen line with precision and passion. You'll be responsible for preparing menu items to Cafe Rio's high standards, training junior staff, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen during service hours.
Craft exceptional coffee drinks, smoothies, and specialty beverages for our guests. You'll be the first smile many of our customers see each morning, so a great attitude is just as important as your barista skills.
Oversee the dining floor and ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable experience. You'll coordinate servers, handle guest feedback, manage reservations, and uphold our brand's high hospitality standards on every shift.
